We started the company because every exchange we traded on had at least one deal-breaker: custody risk, hidden spreads, or infrastructure that fell apart under load. The team came from Citadel, JP Morgan, DRW, and Solana Labs, and we took what worked from those systems and left behind what didn't.

Bartosz Lipinski is the CEO of Cube Group, Inc. He brings a wealth of experience from his time building global trading infrastructure at financial firms including Citadel, JP Morgan, and BNP Paribas; and applied the knowledge gained there to inform Cube’s unique market structure.
Prior to founding Cube.Exchange, Bartosz co-founded the B+J Studios, a Solana-focused venture studio where he raised $10 million and launched successful projects including Cupcake, Raindrops, and Lollipop. Bartosz's time at Solana Labs was marked by significant contributions to the development of early DeFi protocols, wallet infrastructure, and NFT standards. He is widely considered to be one of the foremost DeFi and Web3 experts in the industry.
Larry Wu is Chief Technology Officer at Cube Group, Inc. He previously was a developer at both the financial firm DRW, where he focused on high-frequency trading systems and infrastructure; and with Solana Labs, where he made significant contributions to DeFi systems and NFT protocols. He is one of the principal architects of Cube.Exchange.
